I need help sleeping!! D:

I can't sleep AT. ALL. I need help! What are some techniques for me so I can go to sleep naturally? Also best answer gets 5 props.

Well I don't think it's just cheese, i think just dairy in general can help 你 sleep. So milk, yogurt, ect.

你 tense, hold it tensed up for about five-ten seconds, then relax. It helps 你 concentrate on relaxing all of your muscles, as some are tense without 你 even knowing; it's kind of like a check-over, gets 你 to relax very completely.

 Might I recommend drinking a glass of warm 牛奶 (which I prefer to flavor with 草莓 Nestle Quik)... ...and/or... ...Johnson's Bedtime Bath & Lotion. All I know is after each use I could barely keep my eyes open -- and I wasn't even the one being bathed! Pleasant dreams...

PS: okay, listening to relaxing 音乐 might help you, I don't know. But if you're anything like me, get it completely quiet. If 你 have pets, make sure that they're fed and there's no way for them to get in your room. Try to make sure they're inside, (unless they're outdoor cats) because otherwise they might wake 你 up wanting to get in. I would also recommend closing your door.
