Do 你 have to upgrade your account to make stamps 或者 something like that? I just joined yesterday (yes I'm slow T-T) and I was wondering how 你 make stamps. Is it because 你 make a group 或者 something? Please help me!

你 can just take a stamp template like link and then open it up in photoshop 或者 gimp 或者 whatever 你 have and add your text 或者 something
