I don't personally know any racists but I do know that they're brought up that way and anyone can be racist.

Sometimes, yes. No one's perfect.

Racists are people who don't like 或者 treat a race from different from theirs in a degraded fashion. Either 由 bullying [verbally 或者 physically], making fun of different races, 或者 just disliking someone different.
