I don't think people should feel guilty if they themselves have done nothing to the 说 party.
Sure, we should acknowledge that what has happen'd to black people was terrible and that the people who did it were evil. But if you, as a white person, did not contribute in any way to hurting black people, both physically and emotionally, than there is no reason to feel guilt.
