I don't understand....

I've been on a diet lately (3 months)
I've 迷失 alot of wait,but people say I should eat more.
Breakfest:none
Lunch:Apple and Banna
Dinner:To small scoops of hamburger helper
I still excersize but I still look flabby and i'm getting weaker. If I eat again will I regain my strength but if I eat right again won't I re-gain all my wait back?

If you're getting and/or feeling weaker, 你 probably should eat more. I wouldn't necessarily say what 你 ate today is freakishly too little of food, but it's not exactly healthy either. It's really risky to miss breakfast (I speak from experience), and it may be best to try to eat a bit 更多 during 晚餐 if all 你 had for lunch was an 苹果 或者 a banana. Especially 食物 other than fruits such as meat 或者 grains.

As for regaining the weight, while understanding this concern I still wish to point out that there are still other foods 你 can eat that aren't that fattening at all and not put much weight 你 at all.
Maybe have some rice, broccoli, tomatoes, vegetables in general.
Definitely have some water, absolutely no fats in it and extremely healthy and beneficial for 你 and your physical as well as psychological health.
Maybe 你 could find a site that gives the number of calories found within certain foods, and check out the less fattening 食物 that will still satisfy your hunger.

But on the flip side;

Congrats on losing a lot of weigh! I wish 你 luck :)
I actually 迷失 11 lbs. myself, found out today during a joint doctor's appointment with my mother while being weighed. ^_^

Look, the deal is, if 你 hardly eat, your metabolism slows down, which ultimately makes 你 fatter whenever 你 do eat. So 你 need to eat a lot but 你 need to eat healthy.
