你 know when 你 look at them and get weak in the legs and that 你 can't breath when they smile at 你 或者 (sorry for saying a twilight line) it's no longer gravitey holding 你 to earth it's them. 你 think about him/her all the time and you'll know.
你 don't know, really. 你 just have to trust yourself.
I don't think it's about shortness of breath 或者 weak knees 或者 anything. I think it's about understanding and the willingness to put up with their flaws, no matter how severe. If you're hoping for the person to change in one way 或者 another, then it's probably not the right person.
