Please help me mend my broken heart!

I am still in 爱情 with my ex bf, and now he has a crush on my best friend. i really don't know 锄, 锄头 to explain the story but the thing is, he broke my 心 3 times. He like, left me and came back to me 3 times, and it caused me a lot of pain. My best friend is in 爱情 with one of our guy-friends, and she would've 说 she hated my ex even if I never told her that he was obviously just using her and stuff. Now he really hates me, and he doesn't trust me anymore! How do I gain back his trust? How do I potentially get him to like me?? If my ex finds out that my friend has a crush on my best guy-friend (aka his best friend) then he'll instigate my guy-friend against my friend! I'm in a big mess now cause my guy-friend also hates me now (n my ex 说 it's cause of something I did but I don't know what).

Please help me! This is ripping me into pieces!
