嘿 im kenzie 001704 its not my real name though so dont call me kenzie but i stuggle with depresion and dont want to go on medication any 建议 for a diferent solutuion?

Is there anyone 你 can talk to? That usually helps as well, and it doesn't necessarily have to be a counselor, therapist, etc.

As another 粉丝 wrote, try other activities. Esp. exercise--that has been shown to alleviate mild depression. Same w/volunteering.

Please don't feel you're alone with this.
