No, I don't think there is life on Mars. But still science says that, there is a possibility that there was life on Mars millions of years before.

It's a British TV series and there was an American version so yes I do believe there is Life on Mars...oh that's not what 你 meant.

If there is then I much 更多 rather live on mars then. This world of ours is juts awful I mean people just don't have much respect for others.

On mars, i think scientists may have discovered certain bacterial lifeforms existing in the water there.
They are not martians, but since we originated from such simple lifeforms that could only survive on water, those lifeforms could evolve into martians in a few million years.
So yes, some planets in our solar systems are not completely incapable of harboring life.
So Earth is not so special.
