Why are people so mean???

I had to 删除 HALF of my stuff on deviantart because some 婊子, 子 told me she would 报道 it...please tell me why people do that.

Yeah, me too, but when I see demotivational posters many times on DeviantART, I see 评论 saying ''they're not allowed here, 你 have to post your drawings, I'm gonna 报道 you'' and other things about reporting and stuff. :(
