Should I worry?

你 see, I wanted to add my best friend from a elementary school. But we haven't talked in two years. But now I have a 脸谱 and wanted to add her. I got her name and tried to add her.

But then I wanted to check some stuff about her; it said, "(My friend) only shares some 个人资料 information with everyone." The thing is, I'm totally knew on Facebook, but I know that everyone would imply to, well, everyone. But I don't see anything but that. ...So, what, did she block me 或者 something? Like I said, I'm knew to Facebook, so it may seem simple to someone, but not me. XD
