Losing weight / getting in shape?

Ok I'm 5'1 and I weigh about 120lbs and I'm a girl. I have a kinda chubby tummy and my thighs are kinda big. I also play softball

I'm wonder can 你 guys help me tone my thighs and possibly lose weight, like give me tips? My inner thighs are the part I want to tone.

How can I tone my tummy to??

Make sure that 你 are doing cardio like running 或者 循环, 骑自行车 and also toning like lifting weights and ab workouts. That will not only get rid of fat but help shape 你 up too :)
C) Eat lots of fruits and veggies and drink lots of water (water fills 你 up and curbs your appetite. Make sure that you're not eating a lot late at night either!

Eat 更多 healthy,like fruits and veggies.Don't eat too much of it,though,or you're going to have a little bit of problems.:3
Cut down on all snacks and unhealthy foods.For example,french fries are greasy and stuff,so 你 have to cut down.You don't have to give them up,though.
And,since 你 play softball,it will help alot,but it doesn't mean 你 shouldn't exercise at home.Heck,you can even practice on batting and catching outside,making 你 a better softball player and exercising..

I try to stretch a lot. I hear it helps.
AVOID RUNNING!!
It'll build up muscles and make your legs look bigger!! oui!!!

But I kinda like running...OnO...So I run in place to THIS song ^u^ don't do it...don't...
