What is the highlight of your 日 today? :)
Long story ahead!
Once upon a time, my lang. arts teacher gave us like two assignments(not at once). I kept them until she told us to turn them in, but she never did. So yesterday, I turned them in and she appreciated it very much. The 下一个 day, today, she gave me one of the papers back graded(it was journal entries from a character in the story we were reading), it was the longest one. At the bottom, she wrote a personal message that said,
"Bethany,
These journal entries are awesome! 你 really know how to write from another person's perspective. You're a very talented writer; Keep it up :)"
Yes she really drew a happy face! Two actually. :P
Anyway yea this meant a lot to me. I've worked my butt off in that class, and getting messages like this from her always warms my heart. :)
She also personally told me she(quote)"selected" ME to get an award at the awards ceremony Monday!
Am I ranting on again? :P
