how do u get moving icons?

ok i know i have one but i dont how i got it..every time i see a moving 图标 i save it then try putting it on fanpop..but it wont go..please help

If you're uploading it right from your computer and it doesn't works, try uploading it at tinypic for example and 上传 it from there.
If it still doesn't works, it must some problem with Fanpop.
