Does anyone else have this problem?

Why is it that when 你 are looking desperately for something, it's nowhere to be seen, then later when 你 forget about it, it was RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU?
Today, I was everywhere for the Wonderful Wizard of Oz. I gave up. So I sat down to do math, and guess what? I looked up and it was on my dresser. Maybe I'm just exceptionally unobservant.
