It's just something that's been happening.

mine does that every time i try to 上传 something (pic, vid...) so i've just been avoiding it, but after an 小时 it lets up for a bit...

I was having the same problem yesterday. I don't think we can fix it. The owners have to fix it. 熊 with it is my only 建议 because, knock on wood, I haven't had any problems today.
