GUY PROBLEM!!!!

my neighbor likes me a lot! so one 日 my friend heather found out and so since hes never asked me out heather dared me to ask him out and when i did he 说 i cant not that i dont want to its just we go to diffrent schools and i wouldnt get to see 你 a lot(he lives far from my house he visits his dad every other weekend) and so know i kinda like him but i dont know what to do because i just had my 心 broken and i dont want that again...HELP!!
