Abortion is wrong.

1: I don't agree with abortion. I find it surprisily irritating when pro-choice people claim that abortion is right because they have the right to choose.
Personally I choose to support the child's rights to life, that's all. I don't believe that a human being has the right to kill another human being. I mean, I also have the choice to get a gun and murder someone, but I don't do that and then claim it was my choice. And that doesn't make me a sexist, a closed minded person 或者 anything else.
2: I might be clearly and obviously agaist it, BUT something that certain Pro-Lifers do is also irritating. If I had A dollar every time I saw the sentence "OMG abortion is wrong because 耶稣 说 so" 或者 "The Bible says it's a sin so don't do it" I'd be richer that Oprah. People, please stop using Religion to support your opinions, because, simply not everybody believes what 你 believe. Using religion while debating (except if youre debating ABOUT religion) it's pointless.
I'm sorry if I sound offensive 或者 mean to anyone, but that subject tends to upset me.

Personally, I don't see anything wrong with it. It is the mother's choice. People have the right to choose what they want to do - civil rights and all that. If they don't want the baby, then okay. Let them abort.

Also, most abortions happen near the beginning of the pregnancy. That early on, the fetus is not, IMO, alive, since it is still dependent on the mother because of the umbilical cord and placenta.

And, of course, it isn't always wrong as is. What if the mother was a rape victim? The pregnancy could also hurt the mother psychologically, if that was the case. And what if it's severely damaging to the mother's health to be pregnant 或者 give birth?

That's bullshit, and it's really boring to discuss this... If people are against women's rights, then so be it... I, personally, think they should 移动 to Saudi Arabia and let us civilized people do our job :)

I would agree. I like women having rights, but what about the baby's rights? Shouldn't it have a say in whether 或者 not it gets to see the light of day?

I think it's wrong.There are enough ways to avoid a pregnancy,but if 你 get pregnant and 你 don't want the baby 你 can always give it up to adoption.

I personally don't care. But I think its wrong in a way. If I was a mother, I wouldn't do that to my baby, because I would want to take care of my kid.

I just want to congratulate everyone on behaving civiliy. Most of the time this conversation gets brought up (not necessarily on Fanpop), it turns into a huge argument. With that being said, I personally believe that abortion is wrong. I do, however, think there may be a few, and I emphasize few, cases where abortion might be neccessary. Like if the pregnancy was threatening the mother's life.

Oh my god, not this AGAIN. WEll, I suppose I should 列表 my reasons for being pro choice.

1. Abortion is NOT KILLING ANYONE. The 'baby' isn't born yet, so 你 wouldn't be destroying a human life. The fetus would be relying on the mother, so cannot be regarded as a separate being as it cannot exist outside of her womb.

2. Okay, 你 people need to get one thing straight: in no part of the bible does it say that abortion is wrong. It can't! They didn't even HAVE abortion when the bible was written! What it DOES say however, is that life is sacred. Which I agree with and is true. Someone who didn't like abortion read that and said: "Oh, life is sacred, that means that 耶稣 was against abortion." (Ummmm... really? Is THAT what it means?) And the bible isn't that accurate anyways, so find a new argument. (And yes, I'm talking to 你 Fundamentalist Crazys.)
3. Picture this: a woman gets raped and becomes pregnant, and then chooses abortion because she doesn't want to be reminded of that for the rest of her life. Is that wrong? Is saving yourself years of psychological stress wrong?
4. Ditto teenage pregnancy.

The fetus's life is not nearly as important as the mother's,because the he is not self-aware yet,but it is a life,nonetheless.

Abortion is very wrong if the mother wants to kill the baby because it will make her fat and she'll not be able to draw a nice tattoo on it.

But if the mother's life is endangered in any way(Except Psychological,She can just get a grip)then the right 移动 is to terminate.

I don't have a problem with abortion as long as its under level 3. When people say: "OMG THATS LIKE MURDERING SOMEONE!!! WHAT CHOICE DOES THE BABY HAVE ON THIS??? It pisses me off. The baby isn't even alive yet... -_-

I agree that it IS wrong!!! i hate it e=when ppl do that its so upsetting. I think the 婴儿 have the right to live. if the person doesnt wanta kid that they should KEEP THEIR LEGS CLOSED!!!!!! And if they get pregnet why cant they just set the baby up for adopition to give it to a better family insted of killing somthing that didnt do anything wrong. I think ppl need to think befor they do stuff like that! Im sorry but thats my opion.
