computer game help!

i have the old old version of jumpstart adventure 4th grade and my moms computer is a vista. wen i tried to install it it 说 "sorry install is unavailable now" so i pressed help and it 说 the same thing. i was just wondering if there is a way to make it work. here is a pic of the game i have below.
