The skin beneath his cast itchy, he struggled to stand still in the checkout line of the comic book store. He bumped nearly everyone around him already and the disgruntled overweight kid in front of him seem just about ready to kick him in the eggs. He stood patiently, still shifting the annoying sling and armor around in a nervous fit of twitching and fumbling. With his dominant, right arm being unhandy at the moment, doing the simplest of things were made complicated. His sister was staying in town a while longer to help out until his little brother got out of school and could help out himself. Only a little more than a week, which made him want to make the little time he had with his sister the most loving and cherishable. He had about forty-five minutes to get home and prepare her room before she got there, but she called and said she had errands to run, so he could probably get dinner started while he was at it.
