Can I have some kind advice?

Soo, I'm new to the club, but not rp. I rp as a high elf named Xarptic Seauxjaquez (zarptik sojak) and am kinda lost. Can somebody gimme a few pointers on where to go, how to do this, and what-not?

In the picture, the marker decided it was gonna start to leak, so its obviously not the right skin color.
