1: Get WINRAR
2: Downlad and either Open 或者 Save, if open ALLOW the download to open on the computer
3: Put the Game on your DS ROM CARD and VOLIA!!! u hav Pokemon Soul Silver on your DS but Im sorry but Pokemon 心 金牌 doesn't work for some reason if it does lucky 你 because it doesnt for me.
4: (Optional) rename it to your liking
