But compared to Red's pikachhu from the 日本漫画 it's a magikarp. In the 日本漫画 Red is one of (if not THE) best trainer of the region. He actually uses his brain in combat. The pokemon world in the 日本漫画 is a lot harsher than the 日本动漫 world (Pokemons are used as weapons to kill humans and other pokemons). Ash would probably get destroyed 由 a 随意 ratata from the manga. So No as per 日本漫画 standards (it'd be one of the weakest).
Red's 皮卡丘 is what I call a strong pikachu: For instance Red's 皮卡丘 (very well trained, and very experienced in battles) has taken out all of Lance's (Elite four) pokemons in one megavolt attack. He's even made Lugia faint with that attack. And Red's 皮卡丘 was about level 88 last time i checked."

I think pichuchu he meant is an rare(not in the pokedex ) pokemon card on the trading card game.
