When the penguins reached the H.Q. no one could sleep 或者 even have conversation. Something changed the youngest 企鹅 that night. Like a flame of fury and rage burning in his heart. Private yourned for one thing almost 更多 than anything else. Revenge. Like in the story.
P: "Kowalski, I'm going to get revenge on that wolf!"
R: "Yeah!"
K: "No, revenge won't bring Skipper back! It's just 更多 violence."
Their words cut through the silent air like a blunt blade.

The 下一个 日 passed with their last real discussion the one the evening before about gettin revenge. It was midnight when Rico, the last 企鹅 awake, finally shut his heavy eyelids. Private then rummaged through the weapons. He took Rico's flamethrower and without farther noise left the zoo.

Private finally reached the mysterious woods. He slowly crept through the woods. It was too late to turn back. Wishing he hadnt come Private shook in fear. As if the 狼 read Private's mind it once a again stalked his prey. It was like a nightmare Private couldn't wake up from. His trembling made him drop his flamethrower. The 狼 made Private back up into a tree.
W: "Looks like your delicious friend won't be able to save 你 now."
The 狼 picked a white feather out of his teeth. Private was trapped. He could do nothing but pray that he would be devoured quickly. The 狼 lunged at Private. Private closed his eyes expecting to feel the wolf's powerful jaws around his neck. But it never happened, Private opened his eyes to something that terrified him even more. Now two 狼 wanted him and were fighting over him. He almost fainted, but stopped and thought 'what would Skipper do?' Private bounded as rapidly as his legs could take him. Only one unfamiliar, 更多 muscluar 狼 followed behind him. The famished 狼 managed to pounced on Private.
W2: "I'll make this as painless and quick as I can, I promise."
The voice echoed through Private's mind. The 狼 wasn't familiar but his voice seemed to be the thing most normal thing since the tragic accident. Yet Private didn't know why. Private began to tear up. The 狼 noticed it.
P: "A-at least I can be with Skipper, again!"
The 狼 stopped, and immediately looked into Private's eyes.
W2: "Private?"
P: "How do y-you know my name?!"
The 狼 released Private.
W2: "Go home, now!"
P: "B-but-"
The 狼 scooped up Private in his mouth and began to trudge toward the zoo. The sun was coming up and Private began to shut his eyes. The cold, wet mouth began to feel like soft and warm feathers to the sleeping Private. They were just outside the H.Q. when Private opened his eyes and gazed up to see Skipper carrying him. Just when Skipper was about to look at Private, Private shut his eyes and pretended he was sleeping. Skipper whispered to Private before entering the H.Q.
S: "I'm so happy you're alive, son. I missed 你 so much. I 爱情 you, Private."
He placed Private in his bunk and looked silently around. He slowly tip-toed out careful not to wake his former team. 'Why hadn't he stayed. If he really cared wouldn't he have stayed,' Private contemplated.

Private woke up in his bunk. He rushed up to Kowalski and told him. Kowalski gave Private a sympathetic look. And he brought the little 企鹅 closer.
K: "Private, Skipper's not coming back. It was just a dream. As much as it kills me to say."
P: "But it felt so real Kowalski! I heard his voice!"
Was it just a dream? Private had no clue. He waddled outside for a swim, when he noticed a deep scratch on his shoulder. It looked as if claws had dug into it.
