A person with OCD can have ritualistic behaviors that when broken can cause anxiety for the person (such as touching a doorknob 或者 fear of smells).

Skipper does not have OCD, in my opinion, because although he wants things done his way, he does not freak out if things don't go as planned. He still has high paranoia, which I don't think is linked because of the nature of the paranoia (not based on rituals).
