Well, that specific picture looks like 粉丝 art, not an actual comic featured in the Peanuts. Maybe it is modeled after the episode where 史努比 becomes a magician? That was a newer one. I believe it was featured on one of the holiday DVDs. I think it might have been on the "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown!" DVD. But I'm not sure.
