Bella's Life - Ch. 54 - We are wizards... NOT!

One for today! PS: I couldn't think of a better title. :S

Bella's POV

Volturi... they sound so familiar. My sisters told me stories about them many years back.
Volturi... Volturi... I'm trying my best to remember them. Then something snapped in place in my head.
"Ok, I know who 你 guys are now. 你 guys live in Volterra, Italy right?" I asked looking at Aro.
He looked at me, questioning.
"May I hold your hand for a 分钟 dear Bella?" Aro asked, while holding his hand up towards me. Jane hissed. I ignored her.

I can feel that I looked confused. I looked at Edward for answers.
"You know that I could read minds." Edward started.
I nodded.
"Well Aro has the same gift as mine, but he need to have contact with you. I read what's passing in your mind at the moment. Aro sees every thought 你 ever had." he said.
My eyes were wide with shock.
"Should I?" I asked.
"Try."

I moved my hand towards Aro and he took it right away and his eyes were shut. After a few seconds, he opened his eyes and looked at me in wonder.
"So very interesting." he whispered.
He let go of my hand and I moved 下一个 to Edward. Edward held my hand and grinned at me. To my guess, Aro couldn't get into my mind anymore than Edward can.

I almost forgot about Tom's presense. He looked at us the whole time.
Everyone, including the Volturi followed my gaze back to him.
"Ok... I already got that 你 aren't humans. Humans can't read minds and can't torture others with the mind. What are you? Wizards?" he said. My eyes narrowed, and I felt my contact lenses disintegrate, revealing the true 颜色 of my eyes. Everyone else laughed, but Edward and me.

"Take down the human. He learned to much about our exhistence." Another man with snow-like hair commanded..... Caius? I seemed to remember him from a story Leah told me. Then Jane and Alec moved into a crouch, ready for the kill.

Everyone was still staring at me.
"I can bring him back, but there are 2 problems." I said.
"What are the problems?" Carlisle asked.
"Do 你 know where Charlie died?" I asked.
"The police is still investigating." Carlisle answered.
"Do 你 know who killed him? I asked.
"We are still looking." Carlisle sighed.
"Why do 你 need to know these things Bella?" Alice asked.

"I can only bring Charlie back if I'm where he died, and the person who killed him is killed 由 me." I said.
"We'll be headed back to Forks then." Carlisle said.
Everyone else nodded....

When we went through the door, Alice was the first one to greet me and gave me a hug.

I took the torch, looking at it. It looked like Egyptian writting. I didn't learn any Eygptian at all so I couldn't understand even one word of this.
