Do Any Of 你 Owl 粉丝 Have Owls As Pets?

Personally, I do not have an owl. No, it is not illegal to have them as pets, but 你 must have a special license. It is illegal to have one without a lisence. I do not know how to get the license, sorry. Also, it would be very expensive to feed them... One of my 老友记 saved up for a 年 and then bought a pet mouse. In the U.S IT IS ILLEGAL to keep an Owl as a Pet, 你 can not have it as a pet. 你 can have one in your 首页 if 你 have a license 你 can keep it ONLY if it is part of rehabilitation 或者 你 work with a wild life preserve company 或者 zoo and is at your house for an indefinite but not permanent amount of time.

my mum disagrees with keeping birds,but when i'm older i want to get a pet owl, 你 have to no how to look after them though and stuff, and i do but i have to get a licence first,they also have to bred in captivity otherwise they have the will to fly off,i live in england so it's not illegal to keep them.
