Actually Julian is not another Lucas considering he has not ONCE cheated on a girl...he has not broken up a friendship....he doesn't hop from one girl to another one.....he is not as indecisive as Luke.I love Luke but Julian is a better guy.

BUT, he's emotionally wrecking Brooke, he goes and spends time with Alex when he knows it's going to upset Brooke, he's got himself a hero complex so he just has to save Alex, he says he's fighting/fought for Brooke but then he's right back to hanging with the girl that is causing so many of their problems in the first place.
Hmmm sure sounds familiar to me!
Emotionally wrecking Brooke - We ALL know Lucas devestated Brooke more than once. Need proof? Just go watch the "Need you to need me back." scene in 3x22.
Spending time with another girl even if it upsets Brooke - Lucas in 4x01 is a perfect example. He may not have understood why it upset Brooke so much, but he still hung out with Peyton after she had asked him not to & expressed how vulnerable & upset she was.
Hero complex - We all know Lucas had a hero complex. Between trying to break down Peyton's walls in S1, calling Jake in S2, the school shooting in S3, psycho Derek in S4 etc. And that's just Peyton. He's shown that he feels the need to involve himself in other peoples dramas/troubles numerous times!
Claims to have fought for Brooke - Now I'll give that Lucas definitely fought for Brooke in S3, and maybe even a little bit in S4, but just like Julian with Alex, he canceled it out by constantly spending time with Peyton.
There are a lot of other similarities between Lucas & Julian that aren't negative/related to Brooke as well.
They BOTH weren't always the most popular guys.
They both have dimples.
Both have/had daddy issues.
Both dated Peyton!
I know there are more but you get my point.
