I really can`t compare the two though .

I think she just realized she let go what could have been something extraordinary. With Luke she knew it wasn't meant to be - but with Julian it's "what could have been." We all know she was heartbroken over Lucas, but with Julian it was a different kind of heartbreak is all...I don't think I could compare the magnitude of the two though. Maybe with more episodes I might be able to see the depth of Brulian. We're only still getting to know them....

I think she was more upset about always being alone versus being that upset about Julian leaving

Kind of, but in my opinion she had a totally different relationship with Julian. She felt more secure with him and now she has to think about what could of happened, if she just said I Love You back.

im with abs!!Brooke didnt get to see what their relationship could have been...it could have been AMAZING and this thought makes even more sad!!she let go a possible love of her life and she gets it now!!!

Although I ADORE Brulian I can't tell that she was more upset...
I mean...Brooke really loved Lucas! And it was practically her fisrt love. It's always tougher to let go the first time!

And on the other side she just understood that she love him,and she wanted to go with him,but I think that what Haley said was that made her stay!

No! but that is my opinio, i feel like brooke has been heart broken for a very long time, and i think that with Lucas she was really really crushed. but with Julian it's something that could have been, but with licas it was something different

I don't think she was. She realised she loved him at the airport and she wanted to go with him but I think she realised she's not as free as she was in high school.

Now she has Sam to think about and her friends and her whole life.

But I think she did love him, she was just a bit terrified because of how hurt she was with Lucas. You can't really compare them though...their love is totally different.

i think she was more upset that she choce wrong or something. i'm not sure, 'cause i really don't understand brooke these days. she's getting a little "hard to read" if you know what i mean :P
but i still loved her! she's my second favorite female character this season.

She completely broke down.....poor B.Davis! Hopefully Julian comes back and mends her heart and they get back to their budding romance!

i think the hardest part for brooke at this point is not knowing if she made the right decision

but comparing these two couples at this point is difficult since they've only known each other for a short time and brooke hasn't had a relationship with julian the way she did with lucas, so i think she's more upset that she may have made the wrong decision and lost the chance she had to be happy

so i don't which is worse knowing that the guy you love will never love you back the same way

or watching the guy you won't admit you love walk away not knowing what could have happened if you would have just went(to me personally this is worse, cuz i believe it's better to know that have to live with the "what if")

i agree with leyton4ever, well mostly. you cant compare the two cuz the situations were totally differnt. with lucas she was letting him go, not cuz he didnt love her back but cuz she was afraid of getting hurt again, which sucks cuz she was hurt in the end anyways. but with julian its the whole "what if" she was upset cuz shes not sure she made the right decision. she could have loved him and she may have blew it, thats why shes uspet. but with lucas she was crazy in love with him, and he did love her back. she just couldnt trust him or peyton and she didnt want to be put in tht situation again. both pretty much suck, giving up on love cuz your afraid of getting hurt, or not giving love a chance for the very same reason.
