Alright so it seems that are people that loved it and people that hated it. Not at all surprising since it all knew it would be different than any episode we'd seen before since chad wrote it. But i'll say the episode was beyond what i had expected it to be.

First let me just say that I loved this episode. I will admit some of the lines were horrible, specifically in the opening and closing scenes where it was meant to be present day. Mostly Peyton's lines in these scenes were silly. And of course there was Lucas referring to Peyton as "pretty girl". Now we all know that i'm sure not a 粉丝 of 布鲁克与卢卡斯（Brucas） and i can hardly stand brooke at all but even I found this insulting. Now I know a lot of leyton 粉丝 loved the fact that he called her this but I didn't like it. The reason I didn't like it is because I found it to be a little disrespectful to brucasers as we all know that brooke is "pretty girl" not peyton. bad judgement with that line..in my opinion anyway.

Beyond that though the scenes that were set in the 40's i though the 写作 was pretty well done. The 表演 on the parts of some of the cast(primarily chad) could of have been better. I think 总体, 整体 the best preformance was Dan and Haley. Haley really acted the part very well, she even looked the part very well.

But I found the 表演 of some of the other characters to not be up to their, chad, hilarie, sophia and james all fell a little short to me. I mean damn when the guy that plays julian was better than 你 thats not cool.

But aside from some awful lines and the 总体, 整体 lack of 表演 ability compare to most other episodes i still found chad's ideas for this episode to be awesome.

I thought it was very cute how he got Naley（南森和海莉） together. And I also thought that he wrote Dan's character very well, probably the highlight of his 写作 was when it came to dan. I thought he fit Julian in with a perfect role as well.

I was kinda confused 由 mouth being a drunk and skills playing the 钢琴 but i 说 whatever since they're not really relevent to much anyway.

Personally being a huge leyton 粉丝 i found it to be quite funny how easily he dismissed 布鲁克与卢卡斯（Brucas） in this episode...hilarious even.

I didn't expect a rain scene that concluded with peyton's death but I thought it was a very good scene. So 总体, 整体 I loved the episode and I wouldn't mind having chad right another, but i would want it to take place in the present day, not like this one.
