Luffys tatto disappears?At the end of chapter 597 he doesn't have his tattoo anymore.

this 照片 is from the page 14 of chapter 597 in the 日本漫画 and its after he gives the message of 3D2Y to his crew but he doesn't have his tattoo anymore.
