I like Snow, but this is an easy one for me, Hook has so many more elements to him, and the range of personalities Colin has had to portray is incredible, and yet he's done them all to perfection. Whether or not you like Hook, you can't deny that Colin is exceptionally talented.

They are both very talented but I have to go with Ginny.

I am not Ginnifer's biggest fan but between these two....

Colin is an overall weak actor although I must agree that he is definitely one step above many of OuaT's male actors. For me his portrayal as Hook went downhill after the first half of season 3.
And his Dark One just made things worse!
