I love Zuko but definitely Regina, she's in my top 20 favorite fictional characters. These two are the villains of the show that have a developed redemption. Plus they're considered the best characters on their shows. They've both had an abusive parent that have caused him pain (that's how Zuko got his scar) and a parent that was good to them and they loved more than the abusive parent.

Well zanhar1, it looks like you won't have to go through the painful choice of choosing between Regina and Azula.

Very easy one. Don't get me wrong I think Zuko's alright now. But no one beats the splendor that is Regina freaking Mills!

Regina is annoying at times.
