I think they will. Snow will back Regina up for sure at this point. She knows the sacrifice she made to save the town from Pan's curse and she knows what it's like to give up your child. So I think that Regina will have redeemed herself in Snow's eyes and will defend Regina in front of the whole kingdom if necessary. Usually, once Snow has your back, she will go to Hell and back with you unless you give her a reason to leave, such as a betrayal. Which Regina might do now that her reason to be good is gone, but I don't think Regina will go evil again.

And I think if Snow of all people sees Regina as good, the rest of the kingdom will follow suit. Especially because of the others (Hook, Neal, Charming, etc.) that also witnessed the sacrifice and will also see that Regina has redeemed herself.

OF course they will, I think they (or at least Snow) are starting to see her differently. Regina is redeeming herself :') and I'm so excited.

But, it will mean nothing to Regina. Instead of reverting, she's just going to go into seclusion due to sadness over losing Henry.

I saw a pic on Tumblr of her "leading the group" with a "sad" look on her face. It's from the promo.

I personally think they are quite ungrateful when it comes to Gina, but snow will want to be forgiven for killing Cora, which probably won't happen. Regina will never forgive her for that.
