Snow already said she wants another baby and they'll most likely find a way to get David back home so they most likely are going to have her have a baby on the show. They did that with Lucy on I Love Lucy so I don't see why they wouldn't do that with Snow too. Besides, she's too important to just write off. If they don't make her pregnant they'll just make sure no one sees her belly.

But I don't particularly care to see another Snow spawn.

They've already confirmed that there will be a new baby on the show.

That's not having a spawn, that's having a child. Having a spawn is someone who's your child through blood. However, that doesn't mean Regina's love for Henry isn't just as strong and true as Emma's. I actually can't wait to see the look on Regina's face when she first gets Henry in the next episode.
