My first thought was Tink. If Pan found out she was helping them he would want to do something. Plus, all we know is that she went back to her house thing, we never actually saw that did we? Close second is Wendy, but why would Pan keep her in a box if he only wanted boys? Because she might be his weakness, tried to help the Lost Boys? Who knows, could even be one of Wendy's brothers since Wendy is expected back in 3x06 or 3x07.
