I don't believe she really knew how to care for him. Or anybody for that matter. The travesty of losing Daniel in such an extreme manner distorted her capability of loving someone truly. Which really makes me feel sad for her.

She was forced into the so called "relationship" with the King.

As for Graham and Glass I believe she was trying to fill the void of losing Daniel but because he WAS her true love they couldn't fill that void.

She was just playing Glass. It's not like she loved him. She didn't. As for Graham, he was more her booty call/sex slave. Daniel was, is, and ever shall be her true love.

I wish there was an answer that said "she couldn't; she didn't know how" or "she chose not to". I think she forgot how to care after Daniel died, or that she chooses not to so she can't be hurt anymore.

I just want to say that one of the reasons I asked this question was because of Regina's line to Emma: "I don't know what I ever did to you to deserve. To have you keep coming after everything I hold dear." She's obviously referring to Henry and Graham, so it made me wonder if Regina did "hold Graham dear."
