Anyone else notice the parallel between the Snow 皇后乐队 and Cora?

I just noticed this;

They both hurt an innocent person in town, to "help" someone else. Cora murdered someone and framed Regina, so the town would turn on her. So they would blame her. And she 说 it was to help Regina realise what they think of her. That she's horrible etc..
Snow 皇后乐队 cursed Marian and framed Elsa; she 说 to Elsa she was trying to teach her, and help her realise the town thought she was a monster and evil.
