Am I the only person who thinks Snowing should be the guardians of Henry?

My friend and I were discussing this and we decided that if Storybrooke actually obeyed the law, Snow and Charming would be 给 custody of Henry. Legally Emma has no right to Henry, she already gave him up. Regina is not in a fit state of mind to care properly for an eleven 年 old child. Re-watching Season 2, I have to say that I think Snow and Charming were the best guardians he had, their interactions with him the most healthy and caring. Legally, after Regina and Emma they would be 下一个 in line as guardians for him.

Regina is not in a fit state of mind to look after an eleven 年 old boy. She's just not. She struggling from a serious addiction. She has abandonment issues and has killed and destroyed the lives of a hell of a lot of people. That doesn't mean I don't think she can be a good mother but she's not now. For the first ten years of Henry's life he was and felt neglected. Regina has been 展示 更多 爱情 lately but in a very erratic and obsessive way. Just because that's the only way she knows how to 爱情 doesn't mean that's enough. A child needs 更多 than love. He needs a healthy parental 爱情 and stability. They do not need to feel as though they have to pull their guardian through tough times, it's simply not healthy. I don't know what 你 mean about Snow and Charming leaving Henry with Ruby and Granny all the time, as far as I can tell they haven't done that at all unless they have other business to take care of. And that's what Ruby and Granny were, a temporary babysitter, while the Charmings went out and did very important jobs.

However since Cora is also crazy and there is no one else left in her family custody would go to Neal. If they couldn't find Neal then he would go to the Charmings. Of course nothing involving custody is ever this simple that is why custody battles can get so messy.

I do agree though that of all the charming/mills/stiskin clan Snow and Charming are probably the best parents.

The law doesn't know Cora is crazy, plus she was able to look after Regina. I would choose Ruby she always has him :P
