Its known as a "Wraith" which is a soul-sucking monster and whoever is marked 由 that medallion which Phillip and Regina are, the Wraith preys on their souls. Regina gets saved while Philip loses his soul. If 你 know Harry Potter, it is similar to the idea of Dementors.

Oh....I know about the Dementor-Wraith....but I heard somewhere that Rumple 或者 Cora 'created' it... 'Marked For Death'.. :-((((
