is emma losing her superpower?

i was very confused when she accused august of telling regina about their finding the shovel even though he swore he didnt. i would think she would be able to tell that he was telling the truth. maybe the power came into affect later on when she apologized.

I think it only works when she thinks to use it. Because there are other times when she's been fooled 或者 tricked when you'd think she'd know better. So my guess is it isn't an exact science, and only works when she focuses 或者 thinks to use it.
