Ian: The Midwest Menaces are having a special meeting on Harry's Restaurant & Bar on South 22nd Street. You can get there, by travelling west on Market Street, and turning left, once you find 22nd Street. The guy I want you to kill is a yellow stallion. He drives a black Scotia with several custom parts, including orange rims, and a big spoiler on the back.
