Michael was counting down the days to where he and Chris would be back in California. He couldn't wait to see his child being born. He was now calm from his little anger issue from seeing Neverland Ranch in such a mess. How was he calm? He had gotten a call from Rebecca that her old partners, Detective Olivia Benson and Detective Elliott Stabler, found who destroyed Neverland and 偷了 his glove. He was relieved. She also told him that the 手套 is in a safer compartment, so it wouldn't be found 由 anyone else, but them. He sat back in the chair. When he saw her on TV, they flashed up info that she was 5 months, almost 6 months pregnant. '3-4 months to go...and it seems so far away.' He thought. They had just finished China and Japan, so they were on their way to Canada. Right now, they are in Spain, getting ready for the 下一个 set of shows. 'Oh, I hope she's alright...' Michael continued thinking about Rebecca and prayed that she'll be safe.
In California
Rebecca and Lily were in the car, heading back 首页 from the store. Rebecca had to get some new clothes and decided to get Lily some new clothes, too. Oh, and she got some new clothes for her mother, too. If she went anywhere, she'd remember to get her mother something. "So how long until the baby is born??" Lily asked. "About 3 months. 下一个 week marks my pregnancy at 6 months." Rebecca replied. "Do 你 really think Uncle Michael will be here the week the baby is born?" Rebecca giggled when she heard Lily call him Uncle Michael. "I'm pretty sure of it. I just gotta keep the faith and hope that he'll be here." 'I just hope nothing goes wrong...' Rebecca thought. (Me: Oh! To tell everyone, she's having a boy. Sorry, I kinda spaced out on telling 你 guys.) Once they arrived back home, they got out of the car and carried the bags inside. "Mother! Lily and I are home!" Isis came from the kitchen. "Well, welcome back, 你 two. Did 你 two find anything at the store?" She asked. "We found loads of stuff, Aunt Isis! This store was huge!" Rebecca giggled. They sat down and they separated out who's clothes is who's. Suddenly, a knock at the door. "I'll get it." Rebecca stood up and went to the door and opened it to see Crystal and...a baby? "Crystal? It's been so long. And...who's baby is that?" Crystal smiled. "It's mine, Rebecca. I gave birth three weeks ago. She was a little early. Give 或者 take a month." Crystal said, holding her new daughter. "Does Chris know about her?" "Yeah, he does. He's rather excited, Rebecca. He's like Michael. He couldn't wait to be a daddy. Plus...look." Crystal carefully held her daughter with one arm and showed her ring to Rebecca. Rebecca's eyes went wide. "No way! He proposed to you? When?!" "The night before he and Michael left for Africa. I was so excited that I forgot to tell 你 when 你 called and 说 that 你 were pregnant." "Well, congrats, Crystal. 由 the way, what is your daughter's name?" "Her name is Samantha. I named her after my grandmother Samantha. 你 remember her, right?" "Oh yeah, I do remember her. She passed away a 年 ago." "Yeah, and she looks like her. Well, I just came 由 to see how 你 were doing and everything." "Alright. Well, I'll see 你 later then?" "Yeah. Later!" Soon, Crystal got in her mother's car and they drove off back to their house. Rebecca closed the door and went back to separating the clothes.
The Following Week
It's now been 6 months for Rebecca. She has 3 months to go. The doctor estimated the time of the baby boy's birth to be the 26th of August. Rebecca thought it would make the perfect early birthday present for Michael, since his birthday was on the 29th and he'd be turning 45. 'He'll be so excited.' She thought. Her mother was gonna throw her a baby 淋浴 in early August to celebrate the coming of her new grandson. Anyway, she went to her room and got on her laptop and got on Skype to see if Michael was on...which he was. He knew she was on, too, so he started a video chat with her. "Hey Michael." She said. "Hey Rebecca. How've 你 been?" Michael asked. "I've been good. Just got the estimated time of our son's birth." "Oh? When is he gonna be born?" "The 26th...3 days before your birthday." Michael looked shocked. "No way. Seriously?" "Seriously, Michael. I was thinking he could be your early birthday present." "Wow. Amazing." "Yeah, I know. Anyway, we need to come up with names for him. Have any names in mind?" Michael thought about it. "Not that I know of...I've been trying to come up with names, but nothing really came to mind." "Same here...oh, did Chris tell 你 that he's now a father?" "Yeah, he did. He was so excited." Rebecca giggled. "I figured he would be. I think I have a name for our son...what was Marlon's twin's name supposed to be?" "Brandon?" "Yeah. I think, for Marlon's sake, let's name our son Brandon." "Good idea. Should we tell him?" "I'm not sure if we should tell him, but..." "But what?" "Let's tell him anyway. He'd be rather excited, but sad at the same time." "Alright. Once we end the call, I'll call Marlon and tell him." "Do your parents know, Michael?" "Yeah they do. Mother is excited, Joseph is just 'meh', and I told Jackie, Jermaine, Marlon, Tito, Randy, Janet, LaToya, and Rebbie. They are excited to get a nephew." Rebecca giggled. "I figured they would be. Well, I might as well let 你 go then. I have a couple things to do around here." "Alright, babe. I 爱情 you." "I 爱情 you, too, Michael. I'll see 你 in August." Michael chuckled. "Okay. Bye, Rebecca." "Bye, Michael." Then the call ended and she closed her laptop. She was happy that the baby was close to being born and Michael was gonna be here for his birth. The only thing she had to do...was break the news to her dad.
3 months later
It was the 10th of August and Rebecca was excited. Her mother brought in all her co-workers and friends. It was time for her baby shower. They surprised her with getting Mickey 老鼠, 鼠标 stuff for her little boy. (Me: Plus, they knew Michael all too well, haha.) When it came time to open the presents, Rebecca was really excited. The first present she opened was from Janet, Rebbie and LaToya. She looked into the box and found a Mickey 老鼠, 鼠标 stuffed animal set, complete with a Minnie 老鼠, 鼠标 and Mickey's nephews. "Thanks Janet, Rebbie and LaToya. It's wonderful." Rebecca 说 with a smile at them. They smiled back. "We figured maybe that will work for a little boy." Janet said. Rebecca then opened all the other presents, all of them being Disney/Mickey 老鼠, 鼠标 related stuffed 动物 and clothes. After that, they had cake and it was decorated with blue and written in 迪士尼 letters. It was amazing and before they cut the cake, Rebecca took a picture with her phone so she could send it to Michael. She'll be sending loads of pictures to him anyway. Once everyone had a slice of cake and ate their slices, Rebecca had handed out thank 你 cards to them, telling them Thank 你 for coming to the baby shower! I 爱情 你 all! Once everyone was gone, Rebecca and Isis moved the stuff to her room so she could sort through them. She took pictures and sent them to Michael, via text. The 婴儿床 would 更多 than likely be set up at Neverland Ranch with the help of Jackie, Jermaine and Tito. They would be helping her 移动 her stuff to Neverland anyway, so why not?
Rebecca couldn't wait until the 26th. Actually, she couldn't wait until Michael was here. In fact, while she was sorting through the stuff, she got a text from Michael, saying: Hey baby. Chris and I looked at the pictures 你 sent. It's rather interesting how they know 你 and me so well. Haha. Anyway, we should be landing in Los Angeles pretty soon. I 爱情 you! xoxo Michael. Rebecca was excited to know that Michael and Chris were almost here. She texted him back: Alright. See 你 when 你 get here, Michael! 爱情 你 more! She put her phone in her back pocket of her pants and put the baby clothes in a suitcase and put the stuffed 动物 in a box.
A couple hours later
A knock at the front door. Isis answered it and saw Michael standing there. "Welcome back, Michael. Come on in. Rebecca is in her room." Isis 说 and Michael entered the house. "Thank you, Mrs. Ishtar." Michael 说 with a smile. He went to Rebecca's room and knocked. She opened the door and when she saw Michael, she squealed. "Michael!!" Rebecca squealed. She hugged him and he hugged her back. They looked at each other and smiled. "Welcome back, Michael." "It's good to be back, Rebecca." He smiled at her and she smiled back. They kissed and he looked at her round belly. He put his hand on her stomach and smiled. "I can't believe he's a couple weeks away, Rebecca." "I know, I can't believe it, either. It seemed like yesterday that I was 3 weeks pregnant." "Yep, exactly." Michael and Rebecca sat down on the 床, 床上 and cuddled up to each other.
Pretty soon, before they knew it, two weeks had passed. Michael and Chris were in Los Angeles for the final shows, but Michael wasn't gonna tell Rebecca that. Not just yet, that is. And Michael had a special surprise for her. Waiting in his pocket...is a small black box.
Later that day, Michael and Rebecca and Isis were in the living room, discussing what was gonna happen and everything. Until...Rebecca felt a kick in her stomach. A hard kick. She grabbed her stomach and Michael looked at her. "You alright, Rebecca?" He asked. She shook her head. "He just kicked..." She started, breathing heavily. "It's time!" She finished. Luckily for her, Isis always had a wheelchair in the house and put her on it and then rolled her to the car and got her into the back 座位 with Michael. Isis then started driving off to the hospital.
Arriving at the hospital
Isis parked the car and got the wheelchair out from the 树干 and set up and got Rebecca onto the wheelchair with Michael's help. Michael and Isis went inside the hospital with Rebecca and went up to the desk, Michael staying behind Rebecca. Once the nurse got the call, she rushed out with a 床, 床上 and Michael helped Rebecca onto it. The nurse told Michael to wait in the waiting room. Michael knew how much her mother wanted to be in there with her, so he let her go with Rebecca. Isis and the nurse ran to the childbirth room with Rebecca on the bed. He went into the waiting room, praying that she'll be alright.
An 小时 had passed and the nurse came out. Michael stood up and went over to her. "Is she alright?" He asked. "She's just fine. Would 你 like to see her?" She told him. Michael nodded and she led him to her recovery room. He opened the door and saw Rebecca, holding their baby boy. He smiled and walked over to her. He was lucky that their baby boy didn't open his eyes yet. He was asleep. Michael sat down on the chair 下一个 to Rebecca and smiled at his little boy. "How did she do, Mrs. Ishtar?" Isis chuckled. "She did wonderful, Michael. I'm so proud of her." She replied. Rebecca turned to Michael and smiled. Soon enough, their son opened his eyes and saw Rebecca and Michael. Rebecca and Michael smiled at him. "Welcome to the world, Brandon." Rebecca said. Michael put his hand on Brandon's head carefully and Brandon grabbed one of his fingers and Michael chuckled and smiled. The nurse came in with the birth certificate and put it in Brandon's bed. She then walked out of the room. "Brandon Vincent Jackson." Michael muttered after seeing the birth certificate. He turned to Rebecca and smirked. She smiled innocently. "Yep, I put Vincent Price's name for Brandon's middle name." "Well, that's one reason why I looked at 你 like that. The other reason is the 'Jackson'." "He is your child after all, not just mine. I decided 'Jackson', because he is one. Anyway, would 你 like to hold your son, Michael?" Michael nodded and Rebecca handed Brandon over to Michael. Michael carefully held him and smiled at him. (Me: 你 know when he's holding Prince for the first time? That same way. Think that.) The nurse soon came back into the room. "It's almost time for 你 to be asleep, Ms. Ishtar." She said. "I know, but can they stay a little while longer? I don't feel tired right now." "Alright. We'll give them a few 更多 minutes." "Thank you." Then the nurse left the room again. Michael was making some funny faces at Brandon and he was giggling. (Me: The funny faces he made at Brandon were the same two funny faces he did in Ghosts.) Rebecca giggled at them. 'Their already bonding. That's good.' She thought. She looked at the time and it was almost 11pm. "Oh goodness, it's late." Isis looked at the clock and noticed and turned to Rebecca. "Well, I'm gonna head out then, sweetie. I'm gonna have Chris help getting your things to Neverland Ranch." Isis said. "Alright, mother. See 你 下一个 time then." Isis kissed Rebecca's forehead and headed out, waving goodbye. Rebecca turned to Michael and saw that Brandon was asleep. "Looks like he's tired from all that giggling 你 made him do, Michael." Michael looked at Rebecca and back at Brandon. "Seems like it." Michael stood up and carefully put Brandon in his bed. The nurse came back into the room. "Well, it's time for little Brandon to head into the nursery." Michael kissed Brandon's forehead and then the nurse took him away. Michael turned to Rebecca. "He's so beautiful." He told her. "Yes he is, Michael. Just like you." Michael smiled and bent over a bit and moved some of Rebecca's hair behind her ear. He kissed her softly on the lips. "I'll be back tomorrow for another visit, okay?" Rebecca nodded and he was about to leave. "Wait, Michael?" He turned around to her. "Yes?" "Um...can 你 sing me something? Please? It'll help me sleep." "Sure. Hm...now what to sing...ah, got it." He cleared his throat and had to be sure he got the right pitch for it.

Once Michael finished singing, Rebecca had tears in her eyes. Michael wiped her tears away with this thumb and she held onto his hand. "I wish 你 could stay with me, Michael." She said. She sat up and hugged him and he hugged her back. "I wish I could, too, Rebecca." He released the hug and kissed her again. When he released the kiss, he looked her in the eyes. "I'll be back tomorrow. I promise. Now get some sleep. You'll need it." Rebecca nodded and in about 3 minutes, she was fast asleep. Michael kissed her forehead and soon left the room, turning the light off. "I 爱情 you, Rebecca." He muttered under his breath, smiling. When he walked down the hallway of the hospital, he stopped 由 the nursery and saw Brandon, sound asleep. "Goodnight...my son." He smiled at Brandon and soon left the hospital, getting into his car, and driving back home.
