你 will go down with the mouse.. and in the right side of the page you'll see some 俱乐部 (browse clubs) and "create club" 你 have to choose "create club" and start creating your spot... whatever 你 want! when 你 create that spot you'll see if already exists 或者 not.. 'cause if it is 你 can't create it.
