I need help telling the difference between Dangerous and History Michael.

It depends, sometime I get confused too but usually I can recognize his body 或者 face from which era is.
For example Michael was 更多 skinny during the Dangerous Tour than he was before (at the beginning) of the History Tour.

And the last photograph is a 年 92 音乐会 in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
