I think 由 "Mad" they mean 'crazy' 'psycho' etc... so yeah they're mocking & making fun of Mike. Listen to lyrics, and the pics they show, and what they say... I don't find it very nice. I read the 评论 and it sounds like it was a 显示 who did parodies of famous ppl n stuff, so i'm not surprised they didn't leave out Mike...
