I tried to make some of them too.. but I could make only small ones..
if 你 want to make them, 你 have to use "windows movie maker" which 你 have it already in your pc.
cut the scene.. make it short and then 你 have to convert that short video in a gif with this program:

It's not so difficult :) it's easy..
I think there are much 更多 programs.. 更多 expensive(which are not free like the one that I showed you).. those I didn't tried..
