Just add them when u go on their 个人资料

你 either add a lot of 粉丝 and they'll mostly add 你 back. 或者 你 just answer a lot and 评论 a lot and if they really like your opinions, then they'll probably add you. And sometimes if 你 give props, they'll add you.

It takes time.
