new club icon/banner?

hello :) im this 俱乐部 creater and found a really cool 图标 或者 banner for this spot, if it were a banner i would crop mjs body and use his head, for an icon, il resize it i guess but i just wanted to know what other 粉丝 thought of it, if not, then add your own and il do a pick to see what 粉丝 like the most, heres mine :)
